Ordinance 215-Bar and Grill Liquor Licenses

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF GLENDO AMENDING ORDINANCE 180 CONCERNING LIQUOR LICENSES. ADDING AN ANNUAL BAR AND GRILL LIQUOR LICENSE TO BE ISSUED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN OF GLENDO.

As allowed by W.S. 12-1-101 the governing body of the Town of Glendo is hereby authorized to issue an annual Bar and Grill Liquor License pursuant to state law

The annual fee for a Bar and Grill Liquor License shall be the sum of One Thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00).

Any person desiring an annual Bar and Grill Liquor License shall make application to the Town Clerk, on the form provided by the Attorney General pursuant to W.S. 12-4-701 and provided to the applicant by the Clerk, a completed, verified and signed form.

Annual license shall be for the period of not more than 1 year, expiring each year on August 31.

Bar and Grill Liquor Licenses are non-transferable.

If any phrase, clause, sentence, or provision of this Ordinance is deemed contrary to law or invalid, the validity of the remainder of the Ordinance shall not be affected.

Passed and approved on Second Reading the 6th day of September, 2006.

Passed, approved, and adopted on Third and Final Reading this 4th day of October, 2006.
